Nadi Beach Apartments is a double-story executive house at 6 Wasawasa Road very close to Wailoaloa Beach. There are just five properties between us and the shoreline — two of those are now small resorts — and it takes one minute to walk down there for sunrise, sunset or to enjoy the holiday ambience.
The ground floor of our house is divided into three self-contained one-bedroom apartments, each with its own front door and its own private veranda. They are let by the year and have been a popular home to Fiji Airways pilots — Nadi International Airport is about 15-minutes’ drive away.
Every apartment is a separate home rather than a room in a shared house. Each has a bedroom, its own kitchen, its own bathroom with hot water, air-conditioning and fans, iron security screen doors and its own electricity meter, so you pay for what you use and nothing else. They are partly furnished.
The house is raised above the level of the road, which keeps it clear of the localised flooding this part of Nadi sees in heavy rain. The grounds are gated, with a garden and an ornamental pool — the pool is a visual piece, not for tenant swimming.
If you need more space than a single apartment, ask. Two of the apartments could interconnect to become a two-bedroom home — it depends on what is vacant at the time.

Apartments are let on a six month to yearly lease and rent is paid monthly. Electricity is metered separately to each apartment and billed to the tenant. Because the three are usually taken by long-term tenants, availability moves slowly — if nothing is free when you ask, it is worth telling us anyway, as we keep a list.
